  • Two 60-Minute Follow-Up Sessions: These follow-up sessions provide tailored guidance, reflection, and refinement of your practices, offering accountability and support as you build consistency and confidence.

    Self-Compassion as a Foundation for Change, helping you develop a kinder, more connected relationship with yourself that serves as a basis for making a difference in your life and community.

  • A Personalized Daily Practice that is simple and sustainable.

    Your personal practice will include a combination of Yoga postures, Breathwork, and Yoga Nidra Practices designed to foster nervous system stability, helping you feel safe, grounded, and open to self-discovery.

    Ayurvedic Herbs, Foods, and Lifestyle Recommendations personalized to support your digestion, hormonal balance, and overall vitality.

In 3 sessions you can expect:

  • To receive a personal self care practice that is simple and easy to maintain.

  • A deeper understanding of your unique Ayurvedic Constitution (doshas) and foods, herbs and lifestyle that support your current imbalances.

  • A deeper understanding of your nervous system and stress response and tailored practices to calm and regulate daily.

About Maya    

Maya is a Yoga Therapist and Ayurvedic Health Counselor with a trauma-informed and compassion-based approach to working with individuals and small groups.

Maya works at an Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program supporting client who navigating mental health challenges. She also works with people 1:1 through her virtual private practice.

In addition to Yoga Therapy and Ayurvedic consultations, Maya offers Ayurvedic Body Therapies to people in the Baltimore area.
