    Our work together begins with an individualized assessment and space to explore some of the stories and experiences behind the imbalance you are experiencing.

  • Targeted

    After your intake, you will receive a personalized yoga and breath practice to support your nervous system in regulating daily as well as relevant Ayurvedic herbs and practices to support digestive and hormonal health.

  • Integrative

    One of the most transformative and important parts of our work together is the ongoing counseling and support you receive as you begin to implement daily lifestyle changes. Through deep listening, building a trusting relationship, and counseling from the lens of the yoga sutras you will be compassionately supported on your healing journey.

About My Work

My practice and work stems from my belief that all people deserve safe spaces to heal, feel seen and affirmed and that when we do our own healing work we help to heal our families and communities. Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda are such powerful modalities for integrating and processing trauma in our body and nervous system and I am committed to sharing them with integrity.

I study, teach, and practice yoga in the Krishnamacharya Tradition. I received these teachings through Amy Wheeler, who studied with T.K.V. Desichachar at the Krishnamaharya Yoga Mandrim in Chennai, India. These teachings have transformed my life and I am so grateful to all the teachers and lineages that have kept these ancient teachings alive despite thousands of years and colonization. I humbly honor and respect these teachings and their source culture and intentionally work to share these teachings in a way that honors their sacred roots.
